1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, yolk only
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat oil, buttermilk and egg yolks together. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Add vanilla and 1 cup boiling water and mix well. Makes a thin batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
