2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa

Blend dry ingredients, make a well. Then add: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup hot water.

Mix well by hand. Then add 1 cup hot water and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.
