"CARROT OIL CAKE" | |
1 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. vegetable oil 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1 1/2 c. carrots, grated Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix in flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix vegetable oil, sugar and eggs and add to above ingredients; mix well. Add and blend in remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured pan about 1 hour and 25 minutes. May take less time depending on the oven. |
