SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. fresh or frozen spinach
16 oz. pkg. cottage cheese
1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour

Cook spinach and drain liquid. Chop spinach into small pieces. Mix spinach with the cheeses, eggs and flour. Place mixture in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. the casserole is done when a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
