TUNA NOODLE SUPREME 
6 oz. wide egg noodles, uncooked
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1 c. mayonnaise and sour cream (may use lite)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. sm. fresh broccoli florets
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onion slices

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to directions. In large bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk and mustard. Add hot pasta, tuna, broccoli, red pepper and green onion. Mix well. Place in 2 quart baking dish, cover and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 6 servings - 1 1/3 cup each.
