2 pkgs. prepared jelly rolls 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. vanilla pudding mix (instant) 2 (8 oz.) cartons whipped topping 1 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches Strawberries & mint for garnish Prepare Jello according to package directions; use large clear glass bowl. Allow Jello to chill until firm. Cut jelly rolls into cubes and arrange over Jello layer. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions and pour over cake layer. Drain with a layer of whipped topping followed by another layer of peaches and pudding. Finish with a final layer of whipped topping; garnish with sliced peaches, strawberries and mint. Chill. (Will keep refrigerated for several days.) Very easy and attractive. |
