GREEN ONION DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. parsley sprigs
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

In blender, combine all ingredients. Process until almost smooth. Cover; chill.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
