HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
5 med. potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. milk, warm
1 egg, beaten
Salt, pepper
1/2 c. cheese, shredded

In large skillet, cook meat and onions until meat is lightly brown and onions tender. Add salt and pepper, drained green beans and tomato soup. Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Mash potatoes while hot. Add egg and milk. Season. Spoon potato mixture in mounds over casserole. Sprinkle potatoes with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Serves 4.
