HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Instant potato buds (enough for 8 servings)
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. catsup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, potato buds, eggs, salt, pepper, onion, catsup and milk. Spread in ungreased pie pan (9 x 1 1/2 inch). Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
