SWEET CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots, scraped and cut
Sugar
Butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
Lemon

Combine 1/4 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and bring this to a boil. Add carrots; cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15-20 minutes.

Add 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, and 2 tablespoons butter. Bring back to a boil. Remove from heat and serve.
