CREEPING CRUST COBBLER | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. milk 2 c. fruit 1 c. sugar Mix flour, sugar (1 cup), baking powder and milk. Boil 2 cups fruit, 1 cup sugar for 10 minutes. Melt butter in bottom of pan, add flour mixture. Then add the fruit on top. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. Crust will come to the top. |
