6 pieces chicken Salt and pepper 1/2 can evaporated skim milk 3/4 c. crispy rice cereal, crushed Remove skin, dip pieces in milk and roll in cereal. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. For a more crisp product, begin at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then lower to 350 degrees. |
