CRUNCHY SLAW 
Approx. 4 c. shredded cabbage
4 sliced green onions
1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken into pieces

Add almonds, sesame seeds and noodles to slaw just before serving, then add dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
4 to 5 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pkg. Ramen noodle seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix several hours ahead.
