CROWD PLEASER CHILI 
5 lb. ground beef
3 onions, chopped
2 hot yellow peppers
Chopped
Butter
1 1/2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans pinto beans
1 can tomato paste
6 oz. beer
2 tbsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef in large skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Saute onions and peppers in butter in skillet until tender. Add to ground beef with remaining ingredients and 1 cup water; mix well. Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until thickened. Yield: 20 servings.
