RUBY'S MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground chuck
6 slices bread, in crumble
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well and form into balls. Brown in small amount of oil. Pour off most of oil and brown 1/2 sm. onion finely cut. Add 1 tablespoon flour to onion and put meat balls and onion into casserole dish, greased. Pour sauce over, cover and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

MEATBALL SAUCE:

10 oz. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 oz. Woody's cooking sauce

Mix well and pour over meatballs and cook as directed above.
