2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and lemon juice until creamy. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix. Shape into balls, press down with sugared glass bottom. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
