STICKY BUNS 
1 cake or 3 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
6 c. warm water
1/2 of a 5 lb. bag flour

Mix until glossy, then knead in other 1/2 of flour. Knead 10 minutes. Butter top; set in warm place with towel over top for 2 or 3 hours. In each of 4 (9x13) pans put 1/2 stick butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup water. Use butter to grease pans and then stir mixture until sugar and water is mixed.

Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll out dough on floured surface about 24x12. On each roll spread 1/2 stick butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll like jelly roll. Cut about 18 pieces out of each roll; put in pans. Cover and let raise about 2 hours, then bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
