LASAGNE 
1 lg. box lasagne noodles
2 cans whole tomatoes
24 oz. tomato paste
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Italian season
2 tbsp. sugar
2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
24 oz. lg. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 c. onion (more to taste, if wanted)
1 c. peppers (more to taste, if wanted)

Mix together

Fry ground beef or turkey with onion and peppers. Add it to tomatoes (canned juice from canned tomatoes), tomato paste, all spices, and sugar. Simmer for an hour at least. Cook lasagne noodles. Put a layer of noodle on bottom of pan. Put 1/2 mixture of cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and parsley on noodles, then 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, then 1/2 the sauce; repeat for 2nd layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbling.
