CORN BEEF SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
Horseradish, to taste

Mix above ingredients together.

Heat:

1 c. consomme and add 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello

1 c. water

Chill until slightly thickened. Add to corn beef mixture and mold. Serves 12.
