EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter "Jiffy" 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 c. biscuit baking mix Granulated sugar Walnuts and/or pecan pieces or chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter (Jiffy), egg and vanilla until smooth. Then add biscuit mix; mix well. Add walnuts, pecans, chips. Lightly blend. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned (do not overbake). Makes 5 dozen party cookies. |
