EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Not evaporated milk)
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. biscuit baking mix
1 tsp. vanilla
Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool, store tightly covered at room temperature.

Or Same Recipe: Shape in balls do not flatten. Bake as above press solid milk chocolate candy drop in each center of cookie immediately after baking.
