SOFT CHEESE TACOS 
1 can evaporated milk
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. tortillas (corn)
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can whole tomatoes (Rotel)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt Velveeta cheese, can milk, in double boiler. Add tomatoes, green chives and chopped onions. Fry ground beef until brown. Drain fat. Add chili pepper.

Prepare tortilla in oil. Add ground beef and roll. Place in oblong dish. After all tortillas are rolled pour cheese mixture over tortillas. Bake at 450 degrees until cheese begins to bubble.
