WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. unpeeled, chopped apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced celery
1 c. Tokay grapes, halved & seeded
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sour cream
Lettuce leaves

In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add celery, grapes and nuts. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with sour cream, blending well. Pour over fruit, tossing gently to mix. Serve in lettuce cups. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
