BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. Ritz crumbs

Cook and drain broccoli. Cook onion in butter until soft. Add flour and water and simmer until thickened (1 second). Blend in Cheez Whiz. Add broccoli and eggs to mixture and mix well. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
