QUICK & EASY MEXICAN DISH | |
1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 lb. brick chili 1 can Rotel 1 can Pinto beans 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 carton whipping cream Tortilla chips Brown ground beef. Add brick chili, Rotel, pinto beans and Velveeta cheese. Cook on low until cheese is almost melted. Add whipping cream last and cook on low until all ingredients are hot. Do not over cook. Serve hot with tortilla chips. |
