PUMPKIN PANCAKES 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt & cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice & ginger
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoon into heated fry pan sprayed with Pam or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Give then a try. They're tasty. Makes 4 servings of 6 (3 inch) pancakes each.
