SALMON CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. celery
1 sm. can salmon
8 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
2 c. rice, cooked
1/4 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients together in 1 quart casserole dish. Put bread crumbs and cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
