SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can condensed onion soup
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. flour

Mix thoroughly 1/3 cup soup, hamburger, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Brown patties, pour off fat. Add remaining soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

Gradually blend water into flour, until smooth. Stir into soup mixture. Cover, cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
