TACO PIE 
1 deep dish pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 jar taco sauce, divided
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
12 tortilla chips, crushed
Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400 degrees. Thaw pie crust 10 minutes. Prick bottom and sides of pie crust with fork. Bake pie shell on cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. In skillet, cook beef and onion until browned, drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning to meat. In a small bowl, combine refried beans and 1/3 cup taco sauce; mix well. Layer half of refried bean mixture in bottom of crust. Top with half of seasoned meat, 1 cup cheese and chips. Repeat layers, excluding chips. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomato and sauce to taste.
