MAPLE NUT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/4 c. maple syrup (I use Log Cabin)
1 c. whipped cream (1/2 pt.)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Whip cream, add cream cheese (in bits). Whip until only small pieces of cream cheese remain in mixture. Then fold in remaining ingredients. Place in Jello mold. Make the day before.
