ROLLS OR BUNS | |
5 c. water 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1 c. oil 4 eggs, beaten 4 pkg. yeast (dissolved in water with 1 tbsp. sugar) 12 c. flour Mix all together until dough is just nice to work with. You may need a little more flour so it doesn't stick to your fingers. Let raise once, punch down and let raise and make into buns or rolls. Bake buns 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Rolls will need to bake a little longer, until brown. |
