GEO'S BBQ SHRIMP | |
1 lb. shrimp in shell Olive oil Cracked pepper Lemon juice Tabasco Worcestershire sauce Butter Place shrimp in single layer in oven-proof dish. Drizzle olive oil on top to coat, pepper shrimp until black (lots a pepper), then add more. Sprinkle with lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Add some melted butter if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, test for doneness. Messy - have French bread to sop up tasty sauce. |
