CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (triple crackers) Waverly wafers, crushed
2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all of the ingredients. Form into mounds on a broiler pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or more. Broil until browned.
