TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 c. regular size Fritos
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
16 oz. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans

Brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and prepare per package directions. Add drained pinto beans, chips, and 1 cup cheese. Mix; spoon into 9x13 inch baking dish; top with tomato. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven and continue baking until cheese is melted.
