TURKEY CASSEROLE | |
1 1/4 c. cooked shell macaroni 3 c. hot turkey broth 1 c. cooked tomatoes 1/4 c. tomato paste 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. chopped green pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. flour 3 c. chopped cooked turkey 3 tbsp. oil Cook macaroni in boiling salt water for 15 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse. In small pot mix broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, onion and green pepper. In a frying pan heat oil; blend in flour and salt. Add to broth mixture. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently add turkey and cooked macaroni. Cook until heated. Serves 6. |
