TOASTED COCONUT CAKE | |
1 (18.25 oz.) white cake mix 3 (8 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix 1 1/3 c. water 1/4 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 1/3 c. coconut 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs, and oil. Beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Then add coconut and nuts. Pour into 3 (9 inch) pans (greased and dusted with flour). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Use coconut cream frosting. |
