ASHLI'S CINCINNATI CHILI | |
This is a really easy recipe that has always been a family favorite! 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles 1 onion, chopped 5 tsp. ground allspice (or more, per taste) 3 cans chili 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded Some other spices that are suggested for chili: seasoned salt chili powder pepper paprika Boil spaghetti noodles on high. While spaghetti is cooking, in a separate saucepan, pour cans of chili and cook on low to medium heat. Put onions in chili and cook in unison with noodles. Stir occasionally. Put a heavy amount of allspice over chili and stir in, along with any other spices that you might want to use. When noodles are done, switch chili to medium to high. Cook until hot and starting to bubble, but be careful not to burn the chili. Drain noodles and put noodles in bowls. Pour chili on top of noodles and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
