CAESAR VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen cauliflower, carrots and snow pea pods
1 envelope (1.2 oz.) Caesar salad dressing mix

Heat oil in 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add vegetables and dressing mix to oil. Cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until vegetables are crisp tender. This has 13 grams carbohydrates.
