SPINACH SALAD 
Fresh spinach (lg. bowl full)
3 to 4 boiled eggs
4 to 5 pieces bacon, crumbled
4 oz. shredded cheese
Creamy bacon or ranch dressing

Wash spinach and stem. Tear into pieces. Chop eggs. Stir all ingredients together into large bowl. Use only enough dressing to moisten. Serve with croutons!
