CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (2 c.) shredded Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and cheese is melted.
