CREAMY CHEESE CAULIFLOWER 
1 head of cauliflower
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 or 2 sm. diced onions
2 eggs
1 stick of sharp cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel)
1 stick of butter
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix

1 head of cauliflower steamed until well done. Break up and put in pan (9 x 13) sprayed with Pam. Mix and pour:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 or 2 sm. diced onions
2 eggs

Over cauliflower, grate sharp cheddar cheese and pour over top. Melt 1 stick of butter. Mix with 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix. Sprinkle mixture on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
