CHEESY CAULIFLOWER & BROCCOLI
SOUP
 
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. diced potatoes
5 chicken bouillon cubes

Dissolve bouillon cubes in 5 cups water. Add onions, carrots and potatoes and cook until tender. Add 1 bunch broccoli and 1 head of cauliflower cut into 1 inch pieces. Cook until tender.

Add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 cup water. Stir well. Add 1 can cheddar cheese soup (heated works better). Stir until creamy.
