HAMBURGER, POTATO AU GRATIN 
4 c. raw potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. season salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef. Add onions and season salt. Mix well. Remove from heat. Mix potatoes, parsley, salt and pepper well. Layer bottom of 2 quart casserole with half of potatoes and half of meat. Mix soup and milk together well. Pour half over meat mixture. Then add cheese. Layer rest of potatoes and meat. Then pour remainder of soup mix over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
