CHILI CHEESE SQUARES 
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. Pet (evaporated) milk (or light cream)
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Spread chilies and cheese in bottom of a lightly greased square pan. Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt. Pour in pan on top of chilies and cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
