POTS DE CREME 
2/3 c. milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk just to boiling point. Place other ingredients in blender and blend for 1 minute. Add hot milk. Blend for 1 minute. Pour into pots de creme cups or demi tasse cups. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.

Quick and impressive. Serves 6.
