SAVORY MEATBALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine and mix well. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Place in 2 quart casserole and bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine: 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. water

Heat to steaming and pour over meatballs and top with biscuits.

PART 2 - BISCUITS:

1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Roll out dough to a 12 inch square. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon parsley flakes evenly over all dough. roll up like cinnamon roll and cut 8 to 10 biscuits and place on top of meatball and soup casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
