SAUSAGE-HASH BROWN OMELET 
8 oz. hot sausage (Rice's)
2 c. shredded hash brown potatoes
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Brown sausage and remove from skillet, reserving drippings. Add potatoes and fry with salt and pepper until brown. Blend eggs and milk, pour over potatoes. Top with cheese and sausage. Cover and cook over low heat 6 to 8 minutes. Loosen omelet; cut in wedges to serve. Serves 4.
