SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices bread
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can bouillon

Put milk, egg, and onion in blender on puree. Pour over bread until soaked. Mix all together and form into balls (a melon ball cutter makes a nice size). Mixture should be very moist. Fry without grease in a Teflon-type pan and be sure they only brown lightly. When all are browned, pour a can of bouillon over them.
