1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir cake mix, butter, 2 eggs, vanilla and nuts. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Mix sugar, cream cheese, and 2 eggs. Pour over cake. Bake 45 minutes.
