MANICOTTI 
1 pkg. manicotti shells, cooked
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. mozzarella
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
3 oz. Romano cheese
2 eggs
Salt, pepper & garlic
Spaghetti sauce

Mix thoroughly cheeses, spices and eggs. Place mixture into manicotti shells. Spread a little spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Place stuffed shells in pan and top with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
